Plans & Billing

Understand available plans, limits, and how to manage your subscription.

Available Plans

LinkSense offers two plans to fit different needs:

  • Starter (Free): perfect for getting started with dynamic links. Includes essential features with conservative limits.
  • Pro: for teams and businesses that need higher limits, more projects, and advanced features.
Current pricing

Visit the Pricing page for current plan details and pricing information.

Plan Limits

Each plan has limits on the number of resources you can create:

  • Projects: how many projects you can create
  • Dynamic links per project: maximum links within a single project
  • iOS apps per project: number of iOS app registrations
  • Android apps per project: number of Android app registrations

When you reach a limit, you will see a notification explaining the restriction. Upgrade to Pro to increase your limits.

Upgrading to Pro

You can upgrade to the Pro plan at any time from your account settings or when you encounter a plan limit. The upgrade process is handled through Paddle, our payment provider.

After upgrading, the new limits take effect immediately. Your existing projects and links are not affected, you simply gain the ability to create more.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your subscription, go to the Subscription page in the dashboard. From there you can:

  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Update your payment method
  • View billing history and invoices
  • Cancel or change your subscription
Paddle customer portal

Most billing operations are handled through the Paddle customer portal, which you can access directly from your subscription settings.

Cancellation

If you cancel your Pro subscription, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Starter plan.

Exceeding limits after downgrade

If you have more resources than the Starter plan allows (e.g., multiple projects), your existing resources will remain accessible but you will not be able to create new ones until you are within the Starter plan limits.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial of the Pro plan. During the trial, you have full access to all Pro features. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Starter plan.

Billing FAQ

You'll see a notification explaining the restriction. Existing resources stay accessible — you just can't create new ones until you upgrade or free up space.
